To foster and support Vaughan ’s economic foundation as the hub of business expertise for entrepreneurs, offering key knowledge, tools ,resources and advice to sustain business growth in today’s changing marketplace.

Established in 2001 through a partnership agreement between the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, Employment and Infrastructure- Ministry of Research and Invovation (MEDEI-MRI) and the City of Vaughan, the Vaughan Business Enterprise Centre (VBEC) provides entrepreneurs with professional business consultation services.

VBEC is a member of the Ontario Network of Entrepreneurs (ONE), a collaborative network of organizations across Ontario that helps entrepreneurs, businesses and researchers commercialize their ideas by providing a comprehensive suite of programs and services.

VBEC’s core responsibility is to support local entrepreneurs and small businesses by providing advice and education at all stages of business growth.
